1. Čistěte svou pleť - VŽDYCKY
Stará známá věc - pleť musíme pravidelně zbavovat všech odumřelých buněk, prachu a nečistot. Každý to ví, ale občas se nám stává, že se nám prostě po náročném dni už nechce. Až si zase příště pomyslíte, že "pro jednou se nic nestane...", okamžitě na to zapomeňtě a svou pleť vyčistěte, i kdybyste si do očí měla dát sirky. Čištění je opravdový základ v péči o pleť. Můžete si na používat nejlepší a neúčinnější kosmetiku, ale pokud pleť pravidelně nezbavujete ....., namáháte se zbytečně. Cenné látky nemají ani pořádně šanci, se k vašim pleťovým buňkám, dostat.

you can steam your face with boiled water and some herbs like chamomile,
lavender or similar.
- Drink a LOT of fresh water, at least 1,5 litres a day. This really helps.
- Moderate sun exposure, even on cloudy days. 15-20 minutes is enough.
- Use a good, mild cleanser. Try avoiding detergent-based products with SLS
(Sodium Laureth Sulfate, a common detergent used in face and hand wash,
shampoos and toothpaste) and see if that makes a difference. Use a mild,
vegetable oil based soap bar, or one of MuLondon cleansers.
- A liver cleanse once a year can really help clear the skin up. When
liveris burdened with toxins, it can sometimes show on the skin, so a
good
liver cleanse can often help. Try a simple liver cleanse first, or add a
liver-cleansing herb to your diet, like milk thistle, a well-known livertonic.
- Get enough of essential fatty acids (hemp oil, primrose oil, flax seed
oil - all much better when used pure, in a bottle, than in capsule form).
You can easily incorporate these into your diet by using them as salad
dressing instead of, or mixed with, olive oil.
- Sometimes supplementation with Pantothenic acid can help with pimples.
That helped clear up my acne for good years ago. Quite a high daily dose is
needed for a few months, around 1-2 grammes, but please check with a
dermatologist, GP or an alternative health practitioner before making any
changes to your diet.
- A drop of neat Lavender oil applied once a day on problem areas will help
disinfect spots and will aid in the healing of the skin.
- When we are stressed, sometimes it will show on the skin. Some people
benefit greatly from daily relaxation techniques, meditation, affirmations
or simply sitting still and relaxing for 10 minutes.
